Vista - Is there anyway to use Hotmail w/ windows mail?

I currently have a hotmail account that I use quite a bit. With my XP, I was
able to set it up so that when I clicked an email address, it automatically
directed me to my hotmail account. but with Vista, it always goes to my
windows mail, in which hotmail is supported. My question is, is there any way
I can do what I did with XP.. so I dont have to always copy and paste the
email addy?
