Vista - How do I send pictures in windows mail? Even cut and pasting?

To be able to send pictures in email they either have to be forwarded or
inserted. If forwarding, you should remove all the headers before sending
it out.

Scarce info provided. But if it is a image that was sent to you which
you wish to forward...

Save the image to a convenient folder on your hard drive (try a
right-click|SAVE IMAGE).
Compose new mail, and attach that image.

One easy way to do this is to right-click on the saved image, and choose
SEND TO|MAIL RECIPIENT.

You cannot cut and paste images into OE. You have to specify a filename.
So use Insert | Picture and designate an image file.

I'm saving images, then inserting them into my email and I still get this
message....I am not impressed at all with the new Vista, Windows Mail or any
of it. Takes me longer to do things. Any ideas why I'm still getting this

Under Tools | Options | Send | HTML Settings make sure send pictures with
messages is checked.

Insert | Picture only works in HTML. For plain text use Insert | File
Attachment.
