    Transferring Thunderbird files to WM

I was using Mozilla Thunderbird in my old computer because OE had corrupted
files and would not run. I would like to transfer my address book and old
mail to WM, but I have not been able to find any way to do this. It is easy
to go from WM to thunderbird but not the other way around.
I prefer WM . Anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks.

Search Google, I saw something awhile back and probably posted in the
Windows Live Mail desktop newsgroup a while back.

What you need to do is extract those as .eml files which you can drag and
    drop into Windows Mail.
