Mail Contact List

When I open the contact list with "details",the list shows entry columns for
E-mail and Tel. #s, but there are no entries, although that info is entered
in each individuals properties. How do I enable that info to be displayed in
the contacts list?

Re: Mail Contact List

Click on the Contacts button on the toolbar (it is to the right of
Send/Receive). When the Contacts window opens, right click in the right pane
up near the top where it shows various info about the contact. Click on
'More ...' down near the bottom. This will give you a list of info you can
display in the Contacts window.

Re: Mail Contact List

Thank you for the reply. I also found that if I click on "details" in the
"View" dialog box, it will enable me to set the E-mail/telephone details. My
problem is getting the information for each contact,to be visible under the
E-mail/telephone headings.

box, all the info appears in the contact list, but I have to remove the
