| | Re: error when trying to send email It means your outgoing server requires authtication, or a user name & password. You can set that up by going to Toos | Accounts | select your account, Properties | Servers. At the bottom of that window it will say Outgoing Mail Server. Put a check where it says "My server requires authentication".
