Vista - Problem Accessing Swedish Newsgroup

I run a small private newsserver with a few dozen groups. Windows Mail
users cannot access a particular newsgroup on this server. It doesn't show
in the list of newsgroups (even when reset) and also cannot be accessed with
a direct nntp:// link. It is only a problem for Windows Mail on Vista.
Other newsreaders on Vista do not have this problem. No errors are logged
on the server-side.

The newsgroup is news://pnews.thedbcommunity.com/pnews.paradox-intl-se

I have no problem seeing that newsgroup in Windows Mail.
