Vista - return 800C013E while calling GetMessageProps in WinMail

Dear all,
I am using WinMail developing, and when I call
IStoreFolder::GetMessageProps, it always return an error code
800C013E. The source code is in the following:

IStoreFolder *pSF_;
...

if(pSF_ == NULL) {
return NULL;
}

//pSF_ is valid here
MESSAGEPROPS msgProps;
msgProps.cbSize = sizeof(MESSAGEPROPS);

HRESULT hr = pSF_->GetMessageProps(msgId, 0, &msgProps);
if(FAILED(hr)) {// hr always equals 800C013E here
return NULL;
}

The same source code already supports OE 6 and previous version,
and it can work well. Now we want to support WinMail, and we have the
error of 800C013E.

Please help to give some suggestions. Thank you!
