Vista - security window when I logg on

I have 2 account in windows mail, one works fine.

Windows send up a security box asking for user name and password when I use
my main account . I can type it in and hit, ok. It comes right back. Type
it and same thing happens. What did I not do right in setup?

Have you double checked and re-entered the data for the account and verified
it is correct?

Sometimes account logins get corrupted, especially so when
using certain antivirus programs.
Create a new account with the same information, then delete
the old account.
