| Guest | Contacts folder used by Microsoft Mail Can not delete any entry in the contacts folder. When I do Windows Explorer close and restarts. Permissions look correct I am Administrator and the only user. I have full permissions. I tried deleting contacts within Vista mail and from Windows Explorer in either case Explorer stops working and restarts Any Ideas Rey Valliere |

| Guest | Re: Contacts folder used by Microsoft Mail tried to come up in safe mode....still had the problem Looks like a Visual C++ module, might not be the real problem though If I open a command prompt and go to the contacts directory, pick off an entry I can delete it without any problems. | Guest | Re: Contacts folder used by Microsoft Mail I too have the same issue on Vista 32-bit Business Edition. I cannot delete contacts from the Explorer (it crashes without fail EVERY time). I am forced to go into the cmd propt and do it manually from there. It's really annoying, and I'm also frustrated how so many people have reported this problem and been given the run-around as to a fix. Micrsoft should patch this.
