Vista - pst bestand in Windowsmail

Ik probeer mijn oude emails in Windows mail te importeren. Ik heb mijn
emails op mijn oude computer naar een .pst file geexporteerd en probeer nu
dit file in Windows mail te krijgen. Nadat ik bestand - importeren -
berichten heb geklikt en ik microsoft outlook geselecteerd heb krijg ik de
melding "berichten kunnen niet uit de MAPI client worden geimporteerd". Het
maakt niet uit of ik Microsoft exchange/microsoft outlook/outlook express of
windows mail selecteer, ik krijg steeds dezelfde foutmelding. Kan iemand mij
helpen dit vervelende probleem op te lossen.
Ik gebruik nu dus Windows Vista met Windows Mail 6.0

Hopefully, you can translate English into whatever language your message is
written in. The error message you're getting is the result of not having
Outlook installed on the machine you're using to do the import/export
functions. Both Outlook and Windows Mail (or Outlook Express) must be
installed and functional for the transfer to work. WM and OE need several
of Outlook's files in order to read the .PST file; in like fashion, Outlook
needs some of WM's files in order to access it's data files. Either install
Outlook on this machine or use Outlook on your old machine to export to
Outlook Express .DBX files which you can them move to your Vista machine and
import with Windows Mail.
