Vista Tutorial - Can't delete the trash folder

Hi, hope you can help me! Since two days I can't delete my trash folder
anymore. If I chose them to delete them finally, there comes a message
"Unknown error". I'm really disappointed, because I couldn't find a solution.

I have the same problem and have not gotten anywhere with windows help. I'm
sure it will eventually stop windows mail from operating and yet microsoft
seems oblivious to this problem. Perhaps if enough of us start emailing Mr.
Gates about it somebody will take notice and fix it.

TY for your response. Even it don't help me!
I really really can't believe so many people have such problems and don't
get answers to solve them in some way, especially from Microsoft.
I really regret buying a new pc with Vista!

What I find truly amazing is that a company as large as MS doesn't monitor
these groups to see just why folks are not going to buy any more of their
products.

It's a matter of priorities. I think the Windows Mail team is
currently busy with improving Windows Live Mail Desktop.
I agree that MS should be putting more development resources
into Windows Mail if they don't want this whole thing to turn
into an ugly mess for them.
