| Guest | Exporting Contacts When exporting contacts to a CSV file, I noticed that several contacts do not have First and Last names. However, the Name column includes the contacts' full name. I cannot figure out any rhyme or reason as the Contacts in Windows Mail have First and Last names in their profiles. Any suggestions on how to fix my CSV file? |

| Guest | Re: Exporting Contacts In a details view of the Contacts folder, add the First Name & Last Name columns & see if they show up there -- most likely they won't. Full Name is a separate field from First, Middle & Last & some contacts import with only the Full Name field populated. However, if you open one of these contacts, the Properties dialog will attempt to populate the First and Last fields with the info found in the Full Name field. If you click 'OK' rather than 'Cancel' to close the Properties, those fields will be saved. -- Good Luck, Keith Microsoft MVP [Windows XP Shell/User] <eric@balancestaff.com> wrote in message news:1176208246.088709.34540@p77g2000hsh.googlegroups.com... > When exporting contacts to a CSV file, I noticed that several contacts > do not have First and Last names.
