Time received incorrect

The time displayed for my emails received is incorrect. The time my PC is
set to IS CORRECT.

Any ideas why please?

Are you in the GMT +0200 time zone? Because that is what your
PC is set for. The other possibility is that your mail provider's server
has its time zone off by one hour.
