As the error message indicates, the host name "aol" is wrong.
The name of the outgoing (SMTP) mail server is smtp.aol.com,
and its port number is 587, not 25. For more info, see http://members.aol.com/adamkb/aol/mailfaq/imap/
To make the corrections, go to Tools, Accounts, double-click
on the "aol" account, go to the Servers tab, make corrections there,
then go to the Advanced tab to make port number corrections.
