There is no FAQ. Someone ought to create one because the same
questions are asked and answered over and over.
Come to think of it, the people who don't read pertinent previous
posts are the same ones who wouldn't bother reading the FAQ.

Exactly. I used to post my tips in every message so that people would read
them and stop asking the same questions over and over and it didn't work.
There aren't enough solutions to issues to post a FAQ. It would just be a
bug list anyway.
