WinMail - Message Rules, Is there way to apply to message being se

When you create a mail (message) rule it always defaults the application of
the rule to after message arrives.

Is there a way to apply the rule after the message leaves the Outbox, so
that the copy of the sent message goes to a particular folder automatically?
I tried manually to delete or modify the Rule Description in the Rule
Description box, but it only allows you to modify the underlined values.

No, that's not possible.

I discovered a great "work-around" which is to simply bcc yourself on the
emails you want to go to particular folder. Since you are receiving these
emails, the rule you create will be applied.
