| | For Dawn and Steve Cochran Dawn a bit late, but tell me did you disable your antivirus and get another one? Also, I need 3 addresses too, but use only one, and the other user comes in on my default. I am not as smart as you...........LMAO It's gotten so confusing, just trying to figure it out, but you are saying you can use your 3 users and all the messages go to that user? This program for Steve, did you use that? CB ok.. here what I did.. I set up three accounts in Windows Mail for my three email accounts. I used the pop and smtp that my server gave me. Then, I went to Tools>message>mail and set up three new rules. "when to says "first email" and "name attached" send to a new folder I created with "Incoming First email" then hit apply. It works. I get all three of my email accounts in one viewing and no switching. Would have been nice if somebody at Microsoft actually told me that the four times I called other than, sorry Windows Mail is not like Outlook Express. | | Re: For Dawn and Steve Cochran See http://www.mindspring.com/~oe_oh and the section on message rules. Go to Tools | Accounts | Add | Mail and then set up your accounts. Then use the rules to set when a message is To a certain account, then move it to a folder. steve "Cynthia Baumann-Retalic" <cbk92@comcast.net> wrote in message news:OLP49d1hHHA.4588@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > Dawn a bit late, but tell me did you disable your antivirus and get > another one? > Also, I need 3 addresses too, but use only one, and the other user comes > in on my default. > I am not as smart as you...........LMAO It's gotten so confusing, just > trying to figure it out, but you are saying you can use your 3 users and > all the messages go to that user? > This program for Steve, did you use that? > > CB > > ok.. > > here what I did.. > > I set up three accounts in Windows Mail for my three email accounts.
