See www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#oe2wm

For the address book, export it as a csv file and then you can use File |
Import | Address book in WinMail.

For the account setup, go to Tools | Accounts | Add | Mail and supply the
various logon parameters you had before.

Re: Outlook Express to Windows Mail Vista

What is a CSV file and if I export I have to export it to a CD and then
import it from the CD to my Windows mail, since my Outlook Express is on a
different computer. Please clarify. Thanks.

Re: Outlook Express to Windows Mail Vista

Search for *.wab and copy that to the new computer to the desktop and if it
came off a CD, then right click on it and go to Properties and clear the
read only attribute. Then in WinMail go to File | Import | Address book and
point to it.
