The email program that comes with Vista is not OE, it is called Windows Mail.
You can set up your email account in Windows Mail just like it was done in OE.
Setting up a broadband connection is a different process than setting up
an email account. Your Internet Service Provider should be able to help
you with those chores. If you have specific questions, feel free to ask.
