Windstream does NOT use www.windstream.net as a server name.

pop.windstream.net
smtp.windstream.net
Use SMTP authenication for Windowstream (you don't if your e-mail address
ends in @alltel.net)

Contact your mail supplier and see what the proper settings are for Outlook
Express. They're the same for Windows Mail.

In addition to what DGuess said, please correct the time zone on
your computer. It is set for the Pacific time zone, which is not
right for you.
