Vista - Windows mail Datastore

Hello

Using Windows Mail, the datastore (and news items) are stored in
%userprofile%\appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\

My questions: 1. What is stored in the WindowsMail.MSMessageStore (Data
or index?)

2. Is it worth a defrag of this file using esentutl?

3. Best backup method (IE: copy the WindowsMail.MSMessageStore file) or do
I require all the NWS files that accompany it?
IE: "%userprofile%\appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Microsoft
Communities\microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail\*.NWS"

The database (the .MSMessageStore) holds extracted information from the
messages. The messages themselves are stored individually as eml and nws
files in directories that correspond to the folders displayed. See
www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm for backup information.
