Vista - Windows Mail & Outlook Express Identities

I recently bought Vista and I am trying to switch my mail accounts to
Windows Mail. Problem is, I used Outlook Express Identities to keep messages
from different accounts (i.e. work account, personal account, etc...) on
different mailboxes. Windows Mail no longer use identites. Is there a way to
recreate this behavior on Windows Mail, other than creating different user
accounts?

Besides different Windows user accounts, there are two other
solutions:

1) Purchase a third party add-on: http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/
or
2) Use Message Rules to separate and direct incoming mail into
different folders.
