I am trying to find the spell check on my computer
What exactly do you mean " find " ?
Is it working or you have a message that says " this language is no longer
available " ?
If you want to enable ' spell check ' option :
Tools > Options > Spelling. Put a checkmark on the 1st box.
You can also click ABC any time while typing.
If you have " This language is no longer available ", use the tutorial below
:

support english. Have made sure all my blocks are with a +.
In the main screen of Windows Mail, (not the compose screen), go to
Tools, Options, Spelling.
First select another language, click Apply. Then reselect English and click OK.
