Vista - e-mail is in notepad format not word and I cannot read

e-mail is in notepad format not word and I cannot read

The e-mail attachment is downloaded in windows notepad format and I cannot
read it. I just downloaded my Office Professional 2003 but that does not
convert upon downloading the document. Thank you for the help. Helthie

-I MYSELF JUST EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING. DOWNLOAD OR EXTRACT YOUR
DOCUMENT. THEN GO TO RETREIVE DOCUMENT, RIGHT CLICK ON MOUSE AND CLICK
ON \"CONVERT TO ACROBAT/ADOBE... FOLLOW THE STEPS TO ADD YOUR DOCUMENT
AND OPEN. IT SHOULD BE THERE THEN. LET ME KNOW IF THIS HELPS, AND HAVE A
GOOD EVENING. :O-
