Vista - Where are the answers to these email questions?

I am new to this newsgroup and am wondering who answer these questions. I
see questions that I also would like answered but dont know where the answer
is. How does this work?

Did you browse through the various posts in this newsgroup to see
how it works? Click "New Post", write a suitable Subject line that
describes your issue in a nutshell, then in the body of the post
write out all the details, including a copy of any error messages,
then click Send. Whichever one of the usual responders here feels
qualified to answer your question will do so, but it may take anywhere
from an hour to 24 hours. When you look for replies, make sure
the newsgroup posts are sorted by Subject, because the reply to your
question will be under the same Subject as you submitted.
The people who provide answers are unpaid volunteers.

people use resources like google or microsoft knowledge base to search.

no reason why you cannot do the same.

Go to Tools | Options | Read and uncheck the option to download xxx headers
at a time. Then you will see all the messages.
