Hi Connie,

First, check this:
1. click View (In Windows Mail)
2. click Layout
3. make sure Folder List is checked
4. ok to apply

Second, check here to make sure this is ok:
1. click on Tools (in Windows Mail)
2. click on Options
3. click Advanced tab
4. click Maintenance button (bottom right)
5. click Store Folder button
6. make sure the path is "C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Microsoft\Windows Mail" (no quotes)
7. If not, make it so.
8. If yes, then post back and we'll go from there.

Do you get any error messages? Are you able to send/receive Mail, even though you can't see the folders?

Hope this helps,
Shawn
