Vista Tutorial - Importing my old Outlook Express mail in to Microsoft Mail

In Mail I'm trying to import Outlook Express mail from my Windows XP 64 bit
OS to Mail in Vista. Import feature doesn't see old mail. If I try to switch
to a different folder Mail complains that folder isn't empty. With XP when I
re-installed OS I would simply point Outlook Express to my email folder and
everything was restored.
