Vista - problem opening my mail for the firs time.

Hello -
When I opened my windows mail for the first time I got the message below.
What can I do to fix this? Please advise me step by step.......thank you.

server name correctly.

It seems that in the Server settings in Windows Mail you need to enter
the correct POP3 address.

Step 1. Follow the instructions supplied by your ISP in the
documentation or the customer/technical support pages of their
web site.

Additionally you could use the copious help facilities
in Windows Mail or Vista.

(Rather than give a man a fish, teach him to fish!)

Step 2. Errr... there is no step 2.
