| | Re: password Careful with the use of that word "deleted." I trust you used the proper uninstall feature instead of merely deleting some files. If you still have a problem after uninstalling Norton AV, then create that mail account from scratch (Tools, Accounts, New), then delete the old account. Try Send/Receive again. Does it work now?
