Vista - recovering e-mail addresses from outlook to windows mail

How can I recover (or transfer) my e-mail addresses from outlook express to
windows mail. I just bought a new computer with windows mail and I sure
would be cool if I could recoup my addresses. Thanks!

Search for *.wab and copy that to your Desktop in the new computer and make
sure the file is not read only and then in WinMail go to File | Import |
Address book and point to it.

David, hey I just got a new notebook and I too could NOT even find HELP on
this. So what I did was open addy book click file and export to a folder
desktop whatever, then I used a flash drive to do transfer, wishin'
succes!!!! P.S. after i get this new one set-up I'll figure out how to rid
MAIL and get OUTLOOK back, atleast I'll try????
