| | Sorting Address Book by last neme I transported my address book from XP without problem. However, I can not sort it by last name. The only way I could do was to enter last name under 'first name' field. Any suggestion? -- ami sidpara |

| | RE: Sorting Address Book by last neme In February, Keith Miller replied to a similar question with the following answer: "The 'Name' column displays the data found in the 'Full Name' field of the contact (Under the 'Name & E-mail' tab when you edit a contact). There is a drop list button that allows you to select the LastName, FirstName format. You can also type any text you want into this field and that will display as the name." I tried it, and it worked fine. It's a bit time consuming, but now when I want to select addressees from my Contacts list, they're in last name sequence. -- George "Ami" wrote: > I transported my address book from XP without problem.
