First, you may wish to consider the new Vista email offering... http://get.live.com/betas/maildesktop_betas rather than get start with the less than robust Windows Mail Then... Just follow the straightforward instructions on the Gmail site. http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=13276 (It would be difficult to make the lingo less technical.) ps.
