Hi Tony_S,

I don't believe it's your AV. Try this:
1. Click on Tools (in Windows Mail)
2. Click Options
3. Click on Send tab
4. Uncheck Automatically put people I reply to in my Contacts list
5. Click OK to apply



6. Then just delete all the Contacts you don't want.
