Vista - re the errors can't delete inbox or outbox

I have tried all you said and it don't work. Also i am on windows vista and i
think that this error should be fixed by microsoft since its there software
that isn't that good. I am about ready to delete this program and go back to
windows xp at least that didn't give as many errors as vista does..and you
pay for this and don't even get the fixes or updates to fix the situation
which has been going on for months now. please advise because it does screw
up your sending and deleteing stuff

You need to quote the post you're talking. You should do this so people
can see what it is you having problems with.

I feel your pain. Here is what I did after reading everyones posts. Go to
www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/ and follow the directions, it worked for me! The steps
were easy to follow.

Now, I just used it a few minutes ago so my luck by tomorrow my email will
flip out again, but, for now it is working.

Hi Rosetta,

Go to this link and do the sections for your folder's problem. If all else fails you then do this section:
To RESET Windows Mail:
Skip step 4 to wipe it all out and start over, otherwise follow as directed.
