Would like to hide the Reply option (but not Reply Group) for newsgroups,
but can't see a way to do this.

Windows Live Mail beta? There simply IS no way to customize the toolbar.

There is a "send feedback" link in the help menu, I don't know if it will be
of any use, but you could send them suggestions.

Same here....the more folks that tell them they don't like it, maybe they
will listen.
After all, if folks don't want to customise it they don't have too!
