One good Windows Mail feature. Contacts on Desktop.

After trying to fix WM problems for 2 mnths, I found one convenient feature
-I use Windows Sidebar "contacts". Two clicks on desktop and you have your
page; click send when you're done. It doesn't get any easier. This is for WM,
for those like me who refuse to switch to "live" just yet. Wayne

Hi Wayne,

You can access your Contacts in the Start Menu to.
1. Right click Start Menu.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click Cutomize button.
4. Make sure your Personal folder is set as "Display as a Menu"
5. Click Ok and Ok again to apply.

Now when you Open the Start menu, (Your Username) button will have the Contacts folder right there to use. (2 clicks)

Regards,
Shawn

Sorry Brink, but I didn' t understand a word of that. It didn't seem to be
easier than 2 clicks on my desktop. Was it?
Tried to access your Tips site but had to register. How? Saw some I was
interested in.
Also, your arrow fix lasted 1 day. Tried that site again with same result as
above.
Appreciate your concern, but I have information overload right now. Wayne

Ok,

You shouldn't have to register to just view only to post or reply, but to do it just go to the main site: http://www.vistax64.com/
Look under the Black bar that says, "Welcome to the Vista x64 Forums". You'll see the wordregister that will link you to the registration page. It's free and all you need is a E-mail address (To be notified of replies) and to type in a username and password. (Same as the others)

I updated above for Contacts.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Brink. I registered. Wasn't this necessary to download your fixes? I wanted
to try your "arrow" fix again and some of your tips. When I do, now that I'm
registered, I'll let you know the results. Thanks, Wayne

Wayne,

Sorry, yes it would be required to register to download one of those .reg files.

You can post your results to each individual tip to if you would like to.

Hope it works for you,
Shawn
