Vista - can't install PlanPlus for Micro. Outlook

I am so frustrated with this non-user friendly Vista program on my new Dell
computer and Microsoft mail. I am trying to install the PlanPlus for my Palm
650 phone and PDA, but it will not interface because it says I need to have
Outlook which Vista tells me that Outlook is now called Microsoft mail.
HELP!!! I am not a techie - like you couldn't tell, and need to get this
done today. PS. When I hit hot sync my information does not sync with
Microsoft mail and all I am basically doing is charging my Palm. MORE HELP!!

If your Palm is telling you that you need MS Outlook, then you need MS
Outlook.. Vista does NOT tell you that MS Outlook is now Windows Mail
because it isn't..

Outlook EXPRESS is now Windows Mail..
