Vista - Create mail problam in windows mail

I use windows vista Buss. In windows mail Create new mail that time open a
new mail windwos taks same times in opeing windows. this problam also in
reply mails
mails contacts loding same times windows mail i use sony laptop 1gb ram

Nobody knows why, but many users have reported that opening Windows Calender
from Windows Mail (Tools menu) helped with this issue. Maybe it can help
you, too?

thanks reply my mail.
but i found problam in contacts. my contact is 3000. In outlook
tools-options- send there same ticks remove.outlook open fast. add.books
loading takes same time.
problam in loading contacts . chak this
