Adding several email contact details in one hit

I have received an email from a parenting group that I communicate with and
would like to copy all the details of the recipients into a "group" that I
can onsend other messages to. The message came up, "this is already in your
contacts"
which some of them are, but not all of them, can anyone help?
Regards Shirley

Do you have <Tools/Options/Send/Save Recipient in Address Book when Replying>
checked? Then you can simply use Reply All, and all contacts should then
be in your Address Book. You would then have to create a group for them
manually, and also select all the contacts you want to be part of that
group. I know of no automatic way to do that, sorry.

Re: Adding several email contact details in one hit

Hello Roland and Shirley,
I can only find the manaul way too. I chose "list" option in "Views"
Windows Contact and click and drag the names you want in a group contact. If
you have many contact names that span over multiple pages/screens, change the
group name that starts with the alphabet in the screen for easy transfer.
Good luck,
