Re: UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL

Try this:

Click Tools
Click on Accounts
Click on your connection and click Properties
Click Advanced

On this screen remove the check from the box This server requires a secure
connection for both Outgoing mail (SMTP) and Incoming mail (POP3).

Remove checks from the boxes "This server requires a secure connection" for
both outgoing and incoming mail.

Tools >Accounts > your email > Properties > Advanced...

Re: UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL

Tom,

I and several other people have had the same problem. Go to

www.oehelp.com/wmutil

and download Steve's utility to the desktop per his instructions. Then use
the utility (after unzipping) and compact your e-mail. It worked for me and
hopefully will work for you. Also compact your e-mail every time the dialog
box appears asking if you want to compact your e-mail.

Good luck.

Re: UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL

Please use discretion. The OP's issue is not treatable by
WMUtil.

Re: UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL

Gary

This OP has been told many times by me not to do this. He posts the exact same answer word for word each and everytime for issues that Steve's tool does not fix. For Stuck mail in the Inbox he posts the same. Either he does not read the replies to his bad advice posting or he is completely ignorant to the fact.
