Email Probs

When I open a email, I do not delete it. I go back to look at the email and
it has disapeared, it does not go in the deleted items folder it is just
plain gone. Hope someone can help.

RE: Email Probs

You might check your personalized email setting. Click: tools/options/...

RE: Email Probs

I have the same problem. Nothing I do in Options or Customize seems to help.

Re: Email Probs

When you are in that mail folder look at the Current View setting as displayed
near the upper right corner. Make sure it says Show All Messages instead of
Hide Read Messages. This setting is saved on a per folder basis.
