How to synchronise contact direct from a PDA (with microsoft pocke

I have installed Windows mobile Synchronisation and I was succefull in
communicating with my PDA but the sofware refuses to synchronise Contacts,
calendar and notes and do require OUTLOOK? Did I make something wrong?

Most of the time OFFSHORE in the middle of no-where!

Yes, it requires Outlook.

Thanks for your help!

Then I failed to understand the logic in using Microsoft mail if it is still
compulsory to have OUTLOOK? Then I better go back to OUTLOKK and drop
Microsoft Mail?

Not sure why you are complaining, since Windows Mail's predecessor
(Outlook Express) likewise could not synchronize with mobile
applications. That has always been an Outlook forte.

The CD that came with your PDA should have a copy of
Outlook.
