Folder not displayed

Have recently started using WM but every now and then cannot access incoming
or outgoing mail at all - message reads:

"Folder could not be displayed
Windows Mail could not open this folder:

Possible causes are:

Low disk space.

Low memory."

Causes do not make sense.

(os is vista home premium)

Can anyone help!

Thanks

Re: Folder not displayed

Instead of messing with workarounds that have only limited
success, why not switch to Windows Live Mail:

Re: Folder not displayed

Eds,

I don't know about this one for sure. But I would go to

www.oehelp.com/wmutil

and download Steve's utility to your desktop per his instructions. Then use
the utility, after unzipping, to compact your e-mail. Your problem sounds
similar to one that I had. WMUTIL took care of my problem and hopefully
will yours.

Let me know what happens.

RE: Folder not displayed

What I did??? I made a research on that e-mail that appear on error message
that couldn't sent on: FIND A MESSAGE, deleted that result of research, and
them OUTBOX finally appeared, and surprise, realy fully.
I think that when I up-dated version 8 to 12, the WLMDesktop installer made
confusion and duplicate this messages on OUTBOX.

Thanks

Hi EDS,

You have a stuck undeletable message in one or more of your mailbox folders. Read the First part of this site and do the section for the folder that you have the stuck message in. I would agree with Gary, and would recommend that you switch to Windows Live Mail instead.
