| | Re: Folder not displayed Eds, I don't know about this one for sure. But I would go to www.oehelp.com/wmutil and download Steve's utility to your desktop per his instructions. Then use the utility, after unzipping, to compact your e-mail. Your problem sounds similar to one that I had. WMUTIL took care of my problem and hopefully will yours. Let me know what happens. | | RE: Folder not displayed What I did??? I made a research on that e-mail that appear on error message that couldn't sent on: FIND A MESSAGE, deleted that result of research, and them OUTBOX finally appeared, and surprise, realy fully. I think that when I up-dated version 8 to 12, the WLMDesktop installer made confusion and duplicate this messages on OUTBOX. Thanks "juniper1218" wrote: Quote: > Do you have McAfee? > > "Eds" wrote: > Quote: > > Have recently started using WM but every now and then cannot access incoming > > or outgoing mail at all - message reads: > > > > "Folder could not be displayed > > Windows Mail could not open this folder: > > > > Possible causes are: > > > > Low disk space. > > > > Low memory." > > > > Causes do not make sense. > > > > (os is vista home premium) > > > > Can anyone help! > > > > Thanks > > -- > > EDS |

Read the First part of this site and do the section for the folder that you have the stuck message in. I would agree with Gary, and would recommend that you switch to Windows Live Mail instead.
