    Do you mean receiving mail?
    Tools - Options - General - [ ] Send and receive messages at startup
    OK

    Hi Mike,
    I believe you are saying, when start win mail, it keeps recover your old
    email and new folder are created below the standard folder list.

    I faced this, but have no choice to let it run, and restart the win mail
    many times untill it stop recovering.
    I believe there might be some change on your physical email folder, that
    triggle the recovery process.

    I won't refer non-technical users to any Linux product.
    Most are better off staying with Windows.
