    Hi ZAMEROSKI,

You have them access the same user account or set up their user account's Windows Mail to have the same e-mail account. If you use multiple user accounts, make sure you have the e-mail accounts set to leace the e-mail on the server or you will have a problem of one person getting everyone's mail and they no longer can. The only problem with this is that you will have to manually delete the e-mail from the server from time to time.

If you do not want them all sharing a single user account, then I would recommend that they have their own e-mail account. You can always set the main e-mail account to forward the e-mail to their account with Message Rules.

    Hope this helps some,
    Shawn
