Wanted to thank R.C. White, Beverly Goebel and "Bob J' for their suggestions
to get my out-box "unstuck." I downloaded the oehelp smutil, uninstalled
McAfee, and installed Avast. Before installing Avast, the utility button
"clear outbook" wouldn't work. Afterwards, it did. So nice to finally have
resolution. So nice to learn about these resources.
