Vista - Connection problems Send/Receive

New PC with Vista - open Windows Mail - connection ok and receive email
OK. Go onto Windows Explorer - after some time with no problems I go back to
Windows Mail - click on Send/Receive - Windows Mail hangsup the connection
redials etc and connects and emails received OK.

Any suggestions why this happens.

Seem to have solved it by duplicating accounts ( using
"add" - don't delete originals until you make sure new ones are working).
