Just upgraded from XP to Vista Ulimate, when clicking on Winmail it will not
open and closes. I then get the DEP suggestion, I have added Norton and my
other email spam software exe to this, however Winmail still will not open.



Anyone have any ideas what the issue is and how I can resolved

Uninstall Norton and your spam software. They are not compatible with
Windows Mail.

I upgraded Norton to the Vista capable version today, do you still think that
is the issue. I can delete my SPAM software. Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, they should both be uninstalled. And "turning off" Norton is usually
not enough. I'm sure Gary will say the same when he gets back.
