Vista - Message not displayed

" Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

Windows Mail
I tried to send an email to a friend a recieved this- see above- and it is
blocking me from sending ANY emails. I can't delete it, or move it. I just
sent an email 9 minutes before this and had no problems. It shows up in my
"Sent" folder, but is staying in my Outbox. And- I have a number of emails
behind it I need to send. I NEED HELP!

Hi Amy,

Make sure that you have all email scanning options turned off in your antivirus program. If you have Norton or McAfee, then uninstall it and use something like Avast or AVG instead.

Go to the link below and do the section for "Stuck message in Outbox".
