Vista Tutorial - Receive but not send

I cannot send messages at all. It seem as if this is a problem with many of
you. I have tried some of your suggestions but nothing works. Below is the
message I get. My ISP says everything checks out. What is wrong?

"The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: New Contact Info',
Account: 'mail.hemc.net', Server: 'mail.hemc.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

Are you sure you have the correct server name?
Your ISP gives different server names here:
http://www.hemcbroadband.net/index.php/information/faqs

Also make sure you are not running one of the non-compatible
antivirus programs, McAfee or Norton.
